In this research work, the illustration of design of quadcopter that can lift up to 3 kg of payload, and can be used for diversified applications. Initial stage involve market analysis and later the study was done to understand the components available in the market for our required drone model.Further the structural components were studied and were designed based on part design & assembly. Later on, using 3D Experience Platform was used to make the CAD model of the product, which could be acoomodated for 3D printed. After development of the CAD model, structural & CFD analysis was performed to validate the design. Finally, the BOM for our product in the last stage of the process.
